What Is The 14 Day Challenge?

This is your entry point into structured coaching - the first step on the Roadman Journey. Whether you’re a complete beginner or someone who just needs a push in the right direction the 14 Day Challenge is for you. Over the course of the next 14 days we’ll optimize your diet & training.

How is the program delivered?

After you sign up you’ll get immediate access to our members area. Here we’ll guide you along your 14 day journey with video, audio downloadables and PDF’s. We’ll hold your hand and show you exactly what to do at each step in the journey. 

Is there a choice of training plan?

We’ve created three unique 14 day plans - Intermediate, Advanced & Master. Regardless of your level we have a training plan which will challenge & stretch you over the next 14 days. Unsure what plan to start on? Don’t worry we have a video talking you through the best course of action.

I’ve never worked with a coach before?

he 14 Day Challenge is designed to “meet you at the gate”. Regardless of your prior sporting history or your current ability this is your starting point. Every great story has a beginning and this is the beginning of your story. 

I’ve always performed better working in groups?

We believe cycling is best enjoyed in groups, the laughs, the camaraderie and sharing the up’s & down’s. For that reason we’ve built the Roadman Community. A virtual community of like minded riders from around the world. These will be your support group over the next 14 days.

Does this mean I can’t ride with friends?

We’ve built the 14 day challenge with your group ride in mind. We didn’t want anyone missing a weekend group ride so we’ve used it as a constant and built around it. 

Will I be appointed a personal coach?

The 14 Day Challenge is the very beginning of your Roadman Journey. We’ve found that athletes in this phase respond more favourable with the video format we’ve developed. After you complete the 14 day challenge and move to the next phase of the Roadman Journey you’ll work closer with your own coach. 

What if I have questions?

If you face any stumbling blocks or need help with anything along the way simply post your question into the Roadman Private Facebook Group and one of our coaches will happily assist.
